Chairwork offers evidence-based psychotherapy supervision and consultation, and specialises in the use of ‘action-based’ supervisory methods.

We are passionate about supporting clinicians in developing their chairwork practice, and find that regular supervision is the best way to build skill, confidence, and creativity using these methods. Our other areas of expertise include CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy.

We also specialise in the use of self-practice/self-reflection methods, which enable clinicians to deepen their understanding of a therapy and coaching through a process of guided self-practice and systematic reflection.
